What we collect
We collect only what you give us and what your browser sends automatically.
- Information you provide, your name, email address, phone number, preferred language and the content of any message you send through a form on this site.
- Technical information, your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, in ordinary server logs.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to deliver training or contracting services you have asked for, and to keep records we are required to keep. We do not sell your personal information.
Purchases
Course, SmartBook, bundle and coaching purchases are processed by SamCart. Payment details are handled by SamCart and its payment processors and are never stored by us. Their privacy terms apply to that part of the transaction.
Third-party services
Parts of this site link out to services run by other companies, Skool for the community, SamCart for checkout, Agent CRM, and social platforms. When you follow one of those links you are on their site and their privacy policy governs what happens there.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action it. If you receive email from us you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message.
Children
This site is for licensed and prospective insurance agents. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
